The recruitment covers mining management, human resources, occupational health and safety, heavy equipment operations, driving, mechanical maintenance and mining supervision roles.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate.
Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of mining-related experience, including pit planning.
Valid Silicosis Certificate.
Valid Driver's Licence.
Fully paid-up membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
Strong supervisory and communication skills.
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership abilities and a results-driven approach.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate.
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Fully paid-up membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
Approximately 5 years of experience in HR roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS ISO 18001).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Valid Silicosis Certificate.

These positions are based at KCM Nchanga Open Pit in Chingola and involve working within a mining and construction environment. Several positions require previous open-pit mining experience, valid Silicosis Certificates and the ability to work safely around heavy mining equipment and operational areas.
