Position Details
About the Role
As a Delivery Agent, your primary responsibility will be to ensure parcels reach customers quickly, safely, and professionally within your assigned town. You will communicate with customers regarding deliveries, confirm parcel handovers, and help maintain the company's reputation for reliable courier services.
The role requires individuals who are punctual, trustworthy, and capable of managing deliveries efficiently while using a smartphone for communication and work-related updates.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
Deliver parcels within the assigned town in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries.
Handle customer packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
Follow delivery schedules and company procedures.
Use a smartphone for receiving assignments, navigation, and communication.
Maintain professionalism while representing Zetu Courier.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate.
Must currently reside in the town being applied for.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own and be able to use a smartphone.
Skills That Will Be an Added Advantage

Good knowledge of local roads, streets, and neighborhoods.

Salary and Benefits
Successful Delivery Agents will receive:
Monthly Fixed Pay: K1,000
Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives based on work completed.
