Core Responsibilities

All successful interns will support the firm's advisory and transaction teams by:

- Conducting financial analysis and valuation of investment opportunities.

- Building and maintaining financial models.

- Preparing investor presentations and information memoranda.

- Assisting with credit submissions and investment proposals.

- Supporting due diligence exercises and virtual data room management.

- Conducting industry, market, company, and counterparty research.

- Analysing financial information and preparing reports for senior management.

Graduate Intern – Metals & Mining

The successful intern will gain exposure to Zambia's mining and natural resources sector by supporting advisory work involving mining companies, project finance, and mineral resource investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Research Zambia's mining, metals, and energy sectors.

- Monitor copper, cobalt, and other base metal markets.

- Support project finance and structured finance transactions.

- Analyse commodity market trends and industry developments.

- Assist with investment analysis for mining projects.

- Assist with structured trade finance and pre-export finance (PXF).
