About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the company's financial management, accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial planning activities. The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of Zambia's financial and taxation environment and previous management experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Valid/licensed ZICA membership for applicants based in Zambia.

• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a finance management position.

• Good knowledge of Zambian taxation and financial regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong financial management and accounting skills.

2. Assistant Engineer

About the Role

The Assistant Engineer will support engineering and construction activities, including site operations, surveying, interpretation of construction drawings, and coordination of project activities.

Work Location: Oasis Serenity/Crown, Leopards Hill Road, near State Lodge, Lusaka.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should have an academic background in one of the following or a related discipline:

• Civil Engineering.

• Architectural Engineering.

• Engineering Management.

• Surveying.

• Other relevant engineering fields.

Experience and Skills

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Knowledge of construction processes and site operations.

• Basic knowledge of surveying.

• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.

• Internship experience or approximately 1–2 years of construction-site experience.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a practical construction environment.

3. Chinese Translator

About the Role

The Chinese Translator will facilitate effective communication between Mandarin Chinese and English speakers and support the translation and interpretation of business and operational information.

Work Location: Oasis Serenity, Leopards Hill, near State Lodge, Lusaka.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

• Formal studies or training in the Chinese language.

• At least 1 year of Chinese translation experience.

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

About the Role

The Planning Manager will support the planning, positioning, marketing, and development of the company's real estate projects. The position requires an experienced professional with strong knowledge of the Lusaka property market and established industry networks.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

• Relevant academic or professional background in Real Estate Planning, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate planning or property marketing.

• Strong knowledge of the Lusaka real estate market.

• A proven portfolio of successful real estate projects.

• Established media and property-industry networks within Lusaka.
