About the Company

The company is seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse – Health & Wellness to join its growing team in Lusaka.
About the Role
The Nurse – Health & Wellness will be responsible for delivering professional wellness treatments, conducting client health assessments, and ensuring safe, effective, and personalized care. The successful candidate will also educate clients on wellness practices, maintain treatment equipment, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Wellness Services
- Deliver personalized body treatments and wellness therapies.
- Conduct client health screenings and consultations before treatment.
- Educate clients on wellness practices and recommended home care products.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
Treatment Operations
- Operate and maintain wellness and treatment equipment safely.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Monitor client comfort and safety during treatments.
Administration
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Diploma in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) or another relevant professional body.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Practical nursing experience in a healthcare or wellness environment.
- Experience in a spa, aesthetic, or wellness centre will be an added advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
- Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Sales and product recommendation skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.
