About the Role

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that strengthen the company's market presence and create sustainable business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish long-term collaborations and drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations and key stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners.

• Explore new business opportunities that support organizational growth.

• Represent the company during meetings, negotiations, and partnership engagements.

Business Development

• Develop partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.

• Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements.

• Support initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market expansion.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

• Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and presentations on partnership activities and outcomes.

• Ensure excellent customer and stakeholder engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
