If you have experience driving heavy-duty trucks across Southern African borders and are looking for a new employment opportunity, SoonJust Logistics Zambia Limited has announced a large recruitment drive for qualified cross-border truck drivers.

The company is seeking to recruit 200 full-time Cross-Border Truck Drivers to support its expanding transport and logistics operations. Successful applicants will be based in Kitwe, Copperbelt Province, with duties involving the transportation of goods to various destinations within Zambia and neighbouring countries.

Working as a cross-border truck driver requires professionalism, safe driving practices, and the ability to meet delivery schedules while complying with road transport regulations in different countries. Drivers are also expected to maintain proper vehicle documentation, carry out basic vehicle inspections before trips, and represent the company professionally during assignments.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- At least one (1) year of cross-border truck driving experience.

- A minimum of six (6) months of continuous driving experience within the last year.

- A valid driver's licence appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles.

- A valid passport.

- A certified Police Clearance Certificate.

- A recent medical report confirming fitness to drive.

- Recommendation letters from previous employers or supervisors.

- Any additional supporting documents required during the recruitment process.

- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.

- Ability to complete transport documentation accurately.

- Strong time management skills.

- Professional communication and customer service.

- Ability to work long-distance routes and adapt to changing travel schedules.
