About the Role

The Earth Moving Machinery Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling heavy construction and mining equipment, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customers with technical product recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, technical teams, and after-sales support to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

The role combines engineering knowledge with sales expertise, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Earth Moving Machinery Sales Engineer, your duties will include:

• Promote and sell earth moving machinery and related equipment.

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, tender documents, and sales proposals.

• Provide technical advice on equipment selection and applications.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company professionally while delivering outstanding customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering

Agricultural Engineering

Civil Engineering

Mining Engineering

Plant Engineering

Construction Engineering

Business Administration (with industrial equipment sales experience)

Marketing (with technical sales experience)

Or another related qualification.
