About the Role
Property Maintenance Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join its maintenance team in Chililabombwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across residential and commercial properties while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Support the maintenance team in ensuring reliable operation of client facilities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Grade 12 School Certificate.
Trade Test Certificate (Class I or Class II) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Valid registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in property or facilities maintenance.
Valid Zambian Driver's Licence.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Good understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet maintenance deadlines.
