Carbon Lotus Resource Partners is inviting applications from qualified, creative, and highly motivated individuals for the position of ICT Officer.
About the Role
The ICT Officer will be responsible for supporting the company's information technology operations while strengthening its digital communication and online presence. The successful candidate will oversee website management, digital content creation, graphic design, IT support, and customer-focused technical services to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support effective digital communication between the company and its stakeholders.
Translate technical information into clear and user-friendly content.
Design graphics and visual materials for digital and print communications.
Design, update, and maintain the company website, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
Develop and implement digital communication and online engagement strategies.
Create marketing and sales content for digital platforms and promotional campaigns.
Write, edit, and publish engaging content across various online channels.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support ICT equipment and systems.
Provide professional customer support and technical assistance to users.
Travel when required to support company operations and project activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Diploma or higher qualification in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven relevant work experience supported by three professional references.
Valid driver's licence.
Valid passport.
Evidence of no criminal record.
Required Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written, verbal, and digital communication abilities.
Proficiency in graphic design, content creation, and relevant digital software.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in marketing or sales within the energy or construction industry will be a strong advantage.
