Relationship Manager – Personal Banking

About the Role

The Relationship Manager – Personal Banking will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, growing the bank's personal banking portfolio, and achieving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, promote UBA's products and services, and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet customers' banking needs while achieving assigned business and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation required for risk asset creation.

• Market and promote UBA banking products and financial solutions.

• Acquire new customers and grow deposit portfolios.

• Reactivate dormant customer accounts.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct customer visits, business meetings, and sales calls.

• Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and portfolio growth targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• First Degree with a Credit or better in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in banking or financial services.

• Strong business development and sales experience.

Relationship Officer – SME Banking

About the Role

The Relationship Officer – SME Banking will focus on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The successful candidate will provide financial solutions that support business growth while contributing to the bank's profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME customers and expand business portfolios.

• Prepare documentation for risk asset creation.

• Cross-sell UBA banking products and financial services.

• Conduct customer visits and relationship management activities.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Achieve portfolio growth, financial, and profitability targets.

• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Qualifications & Experience
