The organisation is seeking qualified, experienced, and results-driven professionals to join its growing operations and contribute to the development and efficient management of its agricultural and infrastructure activities.
The Civil Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership for civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Nava Avocado estate. The position will oversee the planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of civil works while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved designs, budgets, schedules, safety requirements, and technical standards.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering operations across the estate.
Review engineering drawings, designs, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and proposed construction methods.
Develop work schedules and monitor project progress against approved budgets and timelines.
Identify technical risks, delays, and potential cost overruns and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Monitor contractors and internal construction teams to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Provide technical leadership and supervision to engineering personnel and contractors.
Verify quantities and completed works to support accurate payment processing.
Coordinate the procurement of materials and services required for civil engineering works.
Implement quality-control procedures and conduct inspections throughout construction activities.
Ensure civil works meet required technical and quality standards.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, records, reports, and construction information.
Applicants should possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Paid-up membership with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ).
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant civil engineering experience, including project or construction management responsibilities.
Proven experience supervising contractors and multidisciplinary construction teams.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities, and technical specifications.
Experience in agriculture, industrial developments, large construction projects, or greenfield operations will be an added advantage.
The Division Assistant – Production will support the day-to-day management of avocado field operations and ensure effective implementation of crop production programmes, labour supervision, record keeping, and operational standards.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
2–4 years’ practical crop production or commercial farming experience.
Supervisory experience in agricultural labour is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with fertiliser, chemical application, spraying, and crop management programmes.
Basic computer literacy and ability to use farm-management systems.
The Agronomist will provide technical agronomic support to optimise crop yield, quality, and long-term farm performance. The role will focus on crop nutrition, soil health, pest and disease management, and effective implementation of agricultural programmes.
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, Soil Science, Horticulture, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in commercial agriculture or a related agronomic role.
Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, soil fertility, pest management, and disease control.
Experience implementing fertiliser and crop-protection programmes.
Knowledge of fertigation will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, computer, and report-writing skills.
The Stores Accountant will be responsible for maintaining effective financial control over inventory. The position will support accurate accounting, reconciliation, valuation, costing, and reporting of stock transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Fully paid-up membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory, stores, or cost accounting.
Practical experience with ERP-based inventory accounting.
SAP experience will be highly advantageous.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation and costing.
The Marketing & Sales Executive will support the company’s marketing, sales, and commercial activities through market research, customer engagement, sales coordination, and commercial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related discipline.
Fully paid-up membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, business development, or commercial operations.
Experience in agriculture, fresh produce, FMCG, distribution, logistics, or export environments will be an advantage.
