The company is recruiting 45 Loaders and 50 Cashiers/Customer Service Assistants to support its nationwide courier and logistics operations.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will contribute to the efficient delivery of courier services by providing excellent customer support, handling parcels safely, processing customer transactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Depending on the position offered, responsibilities may include customer service, cash handling, parcel processing, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants may be required to:

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.

• Receive, process, and issue parcels accurately.

• Handle customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.

• Load, unload, sort, and organize parcels safely and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of parcels and customer transactions.

• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow company procedures, operational guidelines, and safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service delivery targets.

• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidates should possess:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and at least one commonly spoken local language.

• Strong organizational skills and professional conduct.

• Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.

• Customer service experience in retail, sales, or relationship management is an added advantage.

• Good computer literacy.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Loaders

Applicants should have:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

2. Cashiers / Customer Service Assistants

• Applicants should have:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.

• Business, Accounting, or related qualifications will be an added advantage.

• At least one (1) year experience in a customer service role.
