1. Subject Teacher – Business Studies
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will teach Business Studies, Principles of Accounts, and Commerce, helping learners develop strong theoretical knowledge, practical numeracy skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' teaching experience at secondary school level.
Ability to effectively teach Form 1 to Grade 12.
Sound understanding of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) and ability to prepare schemes of work.
Computer literacy with creative and innovative teaching skills.
Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Practising Licence.
2. Primary School Teacher
Job Purpose
To effectively teach learners from Reception to Grade 7, ensuring high academic performance in both internal and external assessments while promoting child development and academic excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
Degree in Primary Education.
Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Practising Licence.
Qualification in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years' teaching experience in a primary school.
Good command of English.
Computer literacy.
Ability to effectively implement Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) teaching methods.
