Human Resource Trainee
Sales & Marketing Trainee

Position Details
Human Resource Trainee
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Valid practising licence from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions, including NAPSA, ZRA, and NHIMA.
Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and implementation of HR policies.
Sales & Marketing Trainee
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies.
Identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support promotional and brand marketing activities.
Operations Trainee
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Support procurement and logistics operations.
Assist with operational documentation and administration.
Prepare operational reports and records.
Coordinate filing systems and office administrative activities.
Accounts & Finance Trainee
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Support account reconciliations and financial record management.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Help maintain compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
General Skills Required
Applicants should possess:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Good data entry and spreadsheet management skills.
