Zanaco is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join its CEO's Division as a Strategy Analyst.

About the Role

The Strategy Analyst will provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to the Strategy Department by assisting with strategy execution, performance monitoring, KPI tracking, reporting, research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business units to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively monitored and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Tracking the implementation of strategic initiatives and maintaining action trackers.

• Following up with business units on project deliverables, timelines, and progress updates.

• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, executive, and Board strategy reports.

• Maintaining KPI trackers and assisting with data validation, analysis, and performance reporting.

• Assisting with purchase requisitions, payment processing, and departmental budget monitoring.

• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and desktop research to support strategic planning.

• Preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic documentation.

• Coordinating strategy meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Strategy Specialist.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) Credits, including English and Mathematics.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.

• One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in business analysis, administration, project coordination, reporting, procurement support, payment tracking, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

• Experience with KPI monitoring and dashboard reporting.

• Strategic thinking and sound business acumen.

• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Good stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and commercial awareness skills.
