The Telesales Cum Receptionist will serve as a frontline representative of ETG Cure Chem Zambia Limited, combining telesales, customer service, reception and general administrative responsibilities.
The successful candidate will communicate with existing and prospective customers, promote company products and services, manage sales leads and provide professional reception support to visitors and callers.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell company products and services to customers.
Respond to customer enquiries accurately and promptly.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.
Follow up on sales leads and potential business opportunities.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
Welcome and assist visitors to the organisation.
Manage reception calls and correspondence.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties in support of the Sales team.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
Applicants should possess:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in sales, reception or a related customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Confidence and persuasive abilities.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Reports To: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
ETG Cure Chem Zambia Limited is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to oversee warehouse operations and staff in Lusaka and Kitwe.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, controlling warehouse-related costs, investigating stock discrepancies and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Conduct daily spot checks on high-value and high-quantity products.
Identify, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Monitor stock variances, shortages and damaged goods.
Ensure appropriate accountability for stock discrepancies.
Reconcile physical inventory with stock records following deliveries and stock receipts.
Report stock irregularities promptly to management.
Manage operational cost centres associated with loading, storage, fuel efficiency and equipment maintenance.
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
Ensure sales shipments are properly processed and supported by required documentation.
Verify that shipments include documents such as proof of delivery and invoices.
Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
Ensure warehouse activities comply with applicable safety standards and local regulations.
Monitor warehouse performance against relevant inventory management KPIs.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Applicants should possess:
Diploma in Transport & Logistics, CIPS, Accountancy or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or warehouse control.
Experience with inventory management systems.
SAP ERP or Tally experience will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Effective communication skills.
Sound decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory management KPIs.
