The company is seeking a motivated and willing-to-learn intern to support its administrative and financial functions while gaining exposure to day-to-day business operations within a healthcare environment.
The Administration and Finance Intern will support the organisation's finance and administrative activities under the guidance of experienced staff. The internship is designed to help a recent graduate apply academic knowledge in a practical work environment while developing professional skills in financial administration, office operations, and general business processes.
The position is based in Lusaka and includes a monthly transport allowance of K2,000.00.
Assist with routine finance-related activities and administrative tasks.
Apply basic accounting and financial principles to day-to-day work.
Support the maintenance and organisation of financial records and documentation.
Assist finance staff with other duties as assigned.
Support general administrative and office activities.
Assist with maintaining organised records and documentation.
Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations.
Work closely with other team members to support business activities.
Gain practical exposure to finance and administration within a healthcare environment.
Apply knowledge gained through academic studies to real-world business situations.
Learn organisational procedures and professional workplace practices.
Develop communication, teamwork, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Applicants should be recent graduates with an academic background in one of the following areas:
Business Administration.
Economics.
Banking & Finance.
Accounting.
Public Administration.
Other related disciplines.
Candidates should have:
A foundational understanding of finance and administrative principles.
A strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Good organisational and communication skills.
An ability to work effectively with other team members.
Experience: Previous practical experience is not specified as mandatory. Any relevant practical or internship experience will be useful.
